Guild Policies

Loot rules:

In order to remain fair, some changes have been made to the Morbid Vigilance loot policy.  This affects both Raids and standard instance runs.

  • All in-guild runs will remain open roll.  It is at the discression of the raid leader and loot master to decide on the final awarding of loot.  If you are guilded, you will get geared. If you are not, see the PuG rules below.
  • Green items will be sent to the guild enchanter.  This counters the cost of enchanting later, as the only reagents a guild member would need would be any that aren't normally kept in stock via disenchanting.
  • All unusable BoP items will be sharded and banked for future enchants.  Again, in-guild enchants are free as long as you agree to bring in the needed extra items.

Runs with a pick up of any kind (associated guild, LFG channel, etc) will be as follows:

  • You may be awarded 1 epic item per run.
  • Should another drop that you can use, and no one else can use it, you can roll on it.  This will remove 2 end rolls for every additional epic after the first you accept, one roll for each Blue quality item.
  • Green drops are yours to pick up with the trash.  We will not be rolling on greens.
  • BoE blues, BoE patterns, etc will be rolled on at the end of the raid. One item per person.  If you won an epic earlier, you will not be eligable to roll until everyone else has an item.
  • Leaving the group early makes you ineligable to roll on any BoE loot.  Don't ask about it later on.
  • All disenchanted items will be rolled on at the end of the run. This will be done on a "top numbers" basis, therefore if ten people roll on three void crystals, the top three rolls win one each.
  • The master looter and raid leader, at their discression, can suspend these loot rules as they deem fit. (example: your character shows up every week on time, and contributes constantly, we may instead follow open roll rules.  If you are guilded but inconsistant on attendance and/or participate poorly (not doing your part or are arguementative, disrupting the run)  we may instead go from open roll to PuG rule).

There may be more changes in the future. Stay tuned!
